Pam Moss started her real estate career in the title insurance industry.  She quickly rose to national sales manager at a major national title company, she was responsible for training new sales representatives, opening new escrow locations and established the marketing meetings for Orange County Association of Real Estate Investment Brokers and the Southern California Real Estate Exchange Meetings.   
Pam also taught continuing Education for Real Estate Brokers and Accountants courses of Certified Commercial Investment Brokers - Investment Analysis at Orange Coast College. 
After leaving the title insurance industry she established her own independent brokerage in Newport Beach successfully closing a number of complicated real estate exchanges.  She represented a large number of professionals in acquiring their properties in Newport Beach handling every detail of the transaction from financing, escrow and inspections always making the client and their needs Number One;  whether it was an investment property or a residence for their personal use. 

As a second generation agriculture real estate family Pam has for the past ten years been incorporating her love of the equestrian sports with her expertise in real estate and land and moved to North San Diego County to Bonsall.  She knows what a real equestrian property is and where they are best located to serve the needs of the equestrian buyer or investor. 
She also knows agriculture and is a licensed Agriculture Farm Insurance Specialist, in addition to being a licensed real estate broker.
